IMF approves $4.64 billion aid to Greece

The International Monetary Fund has announced that the institution’s board has agreed to grant Greece a $4.64 billion loan on Friday after they institutions signed of the latest review of Greece’s rescue package.athens-main-631

The decision comes after the IMF and Greece’s European lenders held a meeting regarding the review of Greece’s progress after the 173 billion euro, or $236 billion, bailout that was given to the nation in March. The move comes after the six months of protracted negotiations ended. Greece last got an IMF aid disbursement in July 2013, when the IMF gave the nation $2.3 billion.

The IMF has till now lent Greece about $15.8 billion under a four-year program, which was executed as a means to help Athens recover from a sovereign debt crisis, rebuild its economy and return the markets.

The country has been facing a tough time since the past few years after the nation was not able to repay their loans or bring their GDP up despite constant efforts. The standard of living in the nation suffered massive drops as the poverty increased and the nation was faced no bailout options until the IMF came to its aid.

According to the latest reports, India’s economy grew by 4.6% in the first three months of the year and 4.7% for the year, the gdp growth was below what the economists had expected. The economists expected a growth of 4.8% and 4.9% respectively.xdehi_metro_jpg_1318620f.jpg.pagespeed.ic.qXdCzYA7py

The latest figures that have been reported add more pressure on the newly appointed government to turn the economy around as it marks the second straight fiscal year of sub-5 percent growth for India and has been marked as the worst slowdown in more than a quarter of a century.

The most significant loss was suffered by the manufacturing sector that suffered the biggest drop in the quarter and contracted 1.4% while farm output showed a rise of 6.3% for the first quarter.

Despite facing two years of slow economic growth, the conditions in India have widely been expected to improve following the election of the new Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Modi has said that the growth of the country’s GDP and infrastructure has been marked as his top priority.

Raghuram Rajan, the governor of RBI has said that he expects to work with the government and bring down the inflation rates in India, that have risen after the fall in Indian bond yields.

Ukraine and Russia host talks over gas dispute

The gas dispute between Russia and Ukraine has been set to be the prime discussion when the representatives of the two nations meet. Gazprom has said that the company is yet to receive the money that Ukraine claims to have paid, the three sides have agreed to meet again on Monday, just one day before the Russian State controlled company had threatened Ukraine that they will cut the supplies if the payment is not made.

Günther Oettinger, EU energy commissioner, said he hoped a deal could be struck before Tuesday. “We have not yet reached a breakthrough but we have made progress,” he said. “What is needed now is patience and a functioning bank in New York. Then the payment will be received on Monday morning.”

U.S. warns China against aggression in South China Seas

The United States Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has warned China on Saturday that the United States, despite having no territorial claims in Asia, will not “look the other way” if the international order was challenged.amtracks-south-china-sea-06-2011

The Defense Secretary spoke at an Asia-Pacific security forum in Singapore, Hagel, which emphasized the strength of the U.S.-Japan alliance and gave details about the robust United States strategic policies that are to be implemented in Asia.

The comments came after the backdrop of heightened tension between China and United States. The secretary, in his statement, gave a blunt warning to Beijing and said that even though the United States had “no position on territorial claims,” it was committed to the freedom of navigation and flights over the South China Sea.

“The United States will not look the other way when fundamental principles of the international order are being challenged,” he said. Calling the South China Sea “the beating heart of the Asia-Pacific and a crossroads for the global economy,” Hagel said there was a need to establish a cooperative regional architecture and resolve disputes peacefully. He pledged to enhance the defense capabilities of America’s regional allies.

China has claimed that almost all of the South China Seas, an area which is rich in oil and gas, belongs to the nation and dismisses rival claims from Taiwan, Brunei, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia.

Progressive Innovations Flood Control Company Devises a Way to Mimic Sandbag Levees at a Fraction of the Time and Cost

Progressive Innovations Revolutionizes Flood and Erosion-Control Methods

Boca Raton, FL, May 31, 2014 — Progressive Innovations offers modern solutions to your flood- and soil-erosion problems. Their Probagger 12, Quick Levee Builder and Instee Levee Builder have the potential to revolutionize the flood-control industry. Progressive Innovations will air on the Fox Business Network (as pd. prog) on June 1, 2014 at 11:30am EST.

According to Kyle Sweningson, Progressive Innovation Production Commander and Chief Engineer, current flood-control methods are too time-consuming, costly and inefficient to be very effective. But Progressive Innovations aims to change all that with their specialized offerings:

• Probagger 12: This sand-bag filler attaches easily to most skid loaders and is capable of filling bags 12 at a time, which translates into 100s of bags per hour. It’s a much more-efficient method than filling the bags by hand.

• Instee Levee Builder: This stand-alone filler pipes sand and soil into instant, waterproof levees that are 18 inches high.

• Quick Levee Builder: The Quick Levee Builder is capable of creating a levee that’s a whopping 42 inches high, the equivalent of 10,000 sandbags.

Progressive Innovation’s flood and erosion-control solutions are faster, easier and much more cost effective than traditional methods of filling and placing sandbags by hand. Municipalities can purchase the equipment outright or may hire the trained staff at Progressive Innovations to fill and install the barriers for them.

21st Century Television, along with Vice President of Programming, J.L. Haber, are pleased to bring you this latest in flood- and erosion-control solutions.

“Flooding is a major inconvenience to municipalities, as well as to home and business owners. Luckily, the solutions developed by Progressive Innovations address the problems involved with current flood-control methods.” Haber stated. “We’re proud to bring you coverage of this more-efficient system.”

We are always proud to help get the word out about companies and people who specialize in forward-thinking innovations. HandyTube’s part in helping make CNG auto fuel a reality definitely fulfills that role.
Compressed Natural Gas Becoming a Viable Alternative Fuel Source – Thanks, in Part, to HandyTube

BOCA RATONFL, May 31, 2014 — Compressed Natural Gas as an alternative source for auto fuel may be closer than you think. In this 21st Century Television interview, John Coates and Julie Wyatt of HandyTube Corporation talk about their company’s contribution to CNG and other applications. HandyTube will air on the Fox Business Network (as pd. prog) on June 1, 2014 at 11:30am EST.

According to Wyatt, HandyTube has the leg up on competition because the stainless steel tubing it manufactures is seamless and long-length. This eliminates the need for the frequent coupling of shorter lengths together and saves money on welding costs.

HandyTube’s new CNG Plus tubing is specifically designed for compressed natural gas applications. Its certified construction helps makes the transfer of high-pressure gas safe and cost-effective.

HandyTube President, John Coates, talks about his company’s dedication to providing customer solutions instead of just tubing. With constant innovation and an aggressive approach to meeting customer needs, Coates is optimistic about the future role his company will play in the construction of CNG infrastructure. According to Coates, HandyTube engineers are constantly working to come up with new and better methods to serve the needs of their customers.

“HandyTube proudly offers superior service and industry best lead-times of the most reliable seamless tubing available, to customers working in extreme environments worldwide,” says Coates. “The extensive reach provided by the collaboration with 21’st Century Television will provide those unaware that our significantly superior alternative to transferring gas & liquids in critical applications is the best solution.”

HandyTube products are currently in use globally across a wide spectrum of industries, including aerospace, ship-building, and oil and gas.

JL Haber, Vice President of Programming for 21st Century Television stated, “We are always proud to help get the word out about companies and people who specialize in forward-thinking innovations. HandyTube’s part in helping make CNG auto fuel a reality definitely fulfills that role.”

National Association of Expert Advisors Shares Insight on Building a Prosperous Real Estate Business

A complete solution based on real market experience

Boca Raton FL, May 31, 2014 — Real estate brokers are often on their own to discover best practices and grow their business in a sea of over 1 million licensed real estate agents competing for ground in the US. Today’s real estate demands shift with the change of the market, industry and tools available. NAEA shares with 21st Century Television how their tested and proven methods are increasing success in the form of higher profits or more efficient processes. This feature story will air on Fox Business Network (as pd. prog.) on May 31, 2014 at 4:30pm EST.

“Naturally successful people are always looking for a better way,” notes Michael Reese Co-Founder of NAEA, “and I think that’s really what NAEA is built around – always finding a better way.”

NAEA offers real estate brokers a roadmap to create a clearly laid out plan for their business direction. NAEA is the first to offer an all-in-one solution to cover the multitude of needs a busy real estate agent is scrambling to cover, including important advice and proven methods directly from the Co-Founders of NAEA — successful agents who are still active in the real estate market.

“The average real estate agent only sells 6-8 homes a year and consumers are leaving their largest investment they ever make in the hands of amateurs. As innovative models offering lower compensation less service enter the industry, real estate agents are struggling to differentiate their value. That begs the question…. will this be the death of the real estate agent as we know it?” says Jay Kinder, Co-Founder of NAEA. “The National Association of Expert Advisors is an exclusive real estate association for real estate agents and brokers who are interested in becoming an Expert Advisor that adds value to the customer experience while building a reputable seven figure business. We only teach what is proven to work in our own businesses so we are providing our members with the tools to differentiate yourself along with the business principles for how to build your business step by step so you can live the life of your dreams.”

21st Century Television’s Vice President of Programming J.L. Haber “The tools needed to succeed in the competitive real estate industry are not provided during the licensing process – that’s where NAEA is able to step in and offer valuable experienced advisory services to aspiring realtors.”

Viewers will not want to miss this interview with NAEA. Tune in to the Fox Business Network (as pd. prog.) on May 31, 2014 at 4:30pm EST.
