Upper Marlboro, MD – Author and wife of Former NBA Star Etan Thomas, Nichole Thomas is pleased to announce the launch of her new book “Living Virtuously: A 31- Day Devotion to Inspire Wellness for the Body, Mind & Spirit.”
The book was written as a result of Nichole’s many health challenges:
“I was honestly sick and tired of feeling sick and tired,” she explains. “I know that many people will be able to relate to my experiences. It seems most people want to get well, but sometime we just don’t know how. That’s where my book comes in. It’s designed to allow people the space to create new, health-focused habits.”

The company started off simply selling organic spice blends, but has since blossomed into a wellness lifestyle brand with a huge following.

About the author:
Nichole received her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations & Foreign Affairs from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University. She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and then achieved further qualifications as a Wellness coach and lifestyle expert in the areas of Sports Nutrition and International Health Coaching. Nichole went on to receive Board Certification in Integrative Nutrition in 2017.
Wife and mother to three children, Nichole has dedicated over ten years of her life to helping others how to live a holistically well lifestyle, and how to prepare healthy, nutritious food.
