SAN FRANCISCO – 31 May, 2017 – The makers of HEEL KICK! Unprofessional Wrestling have announced that followed by the successful screening of the movie in three Canadian cities, they are now taking the movie South of the border to The United States as part of their North American Screening Tour. The U.S Premiere of this amazing independent film on wrestling will kick off from San Francisco, California on Friday, June 2nd and tickets are now available online.
“This is an independent wrestling mockumentary film that brings viewers into the world of backyard wrestling.” Said Paul Jacob, one of the producers of this movie. “This “documentary” chronicles the journey of wannabe pro-wrestlers, Reggie and Maurice who despite lacking any trace of athleticism or intelligence, are highly determined to make it to the top.” He added. The premier show will begin at 11:55 PM at The Clay Theatre and producer Paul Jacob is welcoming everyone to watch it.
The film is produced by Danny Mac, Paul Jacob, Cooper Bibaud and San Francisco’s very own, Greg Miller on a budget of $60,000. Fans in Canada have loved the movie and it has received phenomenal feedback in the North. With its comedy, drama, storyline and other gimmicks, the movie is going to be a treat for all those wannabe pro-wrestlers out there. Even though it is a hilarious wrestling comedy, according to those who have watched it, the film has a strong message.
