The unlikely fashion hub still has a long way to go before it can rival Paris, Milan, and London – but it’s hot on their heels cementing its place in the world’s fashionsphere.
While Qatar has a surprisingly large amount of native world-renowned fashion designers (considering the size of the nation) perhaps one of the most well known is Ibrahim Al-Haidos.
Ibrahim has had an almost unstoppable rise over the past few years, with 2017 being one of the most successful for the entrepreneur/designer so far. He’s the man behind the designer handbag label Fursan, which has taken Qatar, Doha, and the world by storm.
In just a few short years Ibrahim’s eye for design and his dedication to impeccable quality has launched Fursan into the global mainstream. It’s rapidly becoming one of the most desirable up and coming luxury handbag labels in the world. With each passing year, more and more of the world’s rich and famous are considering their handbag collections to be incomplete without a genuine Fursan in their wardrobe.

He’s been interviewed by several high fashion publications, and the amount of organic social media reach Fursan’s posts and tweets have been obtaining is off the charts.
It seems that in 2017 Ibrahim and Fursan have managed to hit the sweet spot that all entrepreneurs strive to achieve. He owns a brand that creates desirable products, and he’s mixing it with entrepreneurial promotional techniques that make his products visible in all the right places.
However, Ibrahim and Fursan have some very exciting news, products, and designs on the horizon that anyone that’s fanatic about fashion should keep an eye out for. It seems hard to believe considering the massive success that has been achieved in 2017, but 2018 is shaping up to be the most exciting year for Fursan yet.
